I'm Arnav Akhoury, Lead AI Architect at Cloud Software Group (Citrix, NetScaler, TIBCO). In AI for Engineering Excellence I architected a multi-agent harness for the full software lifecycle and helped launch an AI program for 900+ Claude Code users. In Globalization I led the move from human translation to LLM pipelines, now in production beta. Co-inventor on 22 granted US patents and a speaker on AI and data privacy.

Leading across time zones
My teams and stakeholders span seven countries. Hatched cells are local working hours, solid cells are when three or more regions are online together, and the marked column is the hour right now.
Notes
- Design for the fortieth language, not the first. Internationalization is an architectural decision. Retrofitting it later costs ten times as much.
- Automate the toil, keep people for judgment. Machines handle volume. People handle nuance, tone and the edge cases that matter.
- Measure the team automatically. KPIs come from the systems themselves, so conversations start from data rather than opinion.
- Grow people, not only products. Campus hiring, mentoring and internal training. A team that teaches scales further than any one engineer.
